The SK Ministry of Energy and Resources released draft of legislation, The Oil and Gas Emissions Management Regulation (OGEMR).
According to their website, "the proposed regulation is intended to provide an overall reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from associated gas vented and flared at oil facilities. The OGEMR will only apply to companies that have aggregate potential total emissions of greater than 50,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) per year from the facilities in which they are the licensee."
